Exchange & Return Policy

First: Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories (box, bag, tags, and any included items).

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange unless the reason is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

Second: Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in its original condition without any signs of use or damage.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method within 3 to 7 business days after the product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an order error or a manufacturing defect.

Third: Manufacturing Defects

If a product is received with a manufacturing defect:

  • The product will be replaced free of charge or a full refund will be issued.

  • ROVEN will cover all shipping costs in this case.

Fourth: Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Products that have been used or show clear signs of use.

  • Watches damaged due to breakage, impact, or misuse.

  • Missing original packaging or essential accessories.

  • Photos showing the condition of the product (if applicable).
